A proposal for a block of council flats at the Elephant & Castle to join a Bermondsey-based tenant management organisation has been rejected in a ballot of tenants and leaseholders.
Transport for London has launched a public consultation on the possible locations for stations on the Bakerloo line extension along the Old Kent Road, as well as a bigger station at Elephant & Castle.
