The Novotel London City South hotel in Southwark Bridge Road has changed hands for £63.75 million.
Detectives have launched an appeal for witnesses to a 'serious collision' in Southwark Street on the evening of Tuesday 3 October between 8pm and midnight.
Around 75 new council homes could be built on the site of garages and parking spaces on the St Saviour's Estate in Bermondsey under plans being considered by Southwark's regeneration boss.
