Rockingham Street: 24-storey student block approved
Plans for a 24-storey tower of student accommodation at the corner of Rockingham Street and Tiverton Street at the Elephant & Castle have been approved by Southwark Council's planning committee.
Bermondsey Yards: 11-storey block and warehouse extension approved
Plans for a major development including an 11-storey office block on Bermondsey Street and a restoration and extension of one of the last derelict warehouses in the area have been approved by Southwark councillors.
