George Cochrane, the Tate Gallery's Bankside Development Officer, will give a brief history of Bankside and will talk about the transformation of the old Bankside Power Station into the Tate Gallery of Modern Art. He will also speak about how the project is leading the overall transformation of the SE1 area into one of London's top tourist attractions.
