Later this month Galliard Hotels will open the first UK exhibition for the off-plan sale of suites at The Apart-Hotel at County Hall, which will be largest of its kind in the UK.

The developers say that the Apart-Hotel offers investors a simple method of owning directly, prime 999 year leasehold London property that will be managed by either Galliard Hotels Management Ltd or a leading hotel operator.
Galliard Hotels are offering investors a six per cent net income guaranteed for up to eight years with no stamp duty to pay. Present and forthcoming tax concessions including the possibility of placing any investment returns into a self-invested personal pension (SIPP) may apply.
Galliard claims that the Apart-Hotel is set to become a "new landmark" on the South Bank not only also from an architectural point of view but also because of its prime location. 14 floors will be arranged around a spectacular atrium void with a glazed canopy roof. All of the upper floor suites and penthouses will have panoramic views across the London horizon.
The Apart Hotel at County Hall will offer a host of services including concierge, porterage, 24 hour security, foreign exchange facilities, limousine and car rental, airline and Eurostar reservations, room service as well as resident's mail and postal forwarding. The on-site Business Centre will provide fully equipped private meeting / conference rooms with state-of-the-art technology, Internet, email and voicemail accounts. There will also be a gymnasium with cardio theatre and an on-site café.
Each suite will include high quality natural stone and marble finishes, air conditioning, interactive IT servicing and internationally designed kitchen suites and bathrooms.
"We are proud to be pioneering such a concept of this great scale in the UK" said Galliard Hotels MD Stephen Conway. "The Apart-Hotel at County Hall offers investors a cost effective and hassle free return on their investment with a guaranteed net return of 6% for eight years. We believe that a whole host of investors from around the country will seize this exciting opportunity."
