Acorn – which claims that it is "strongly committed" to the regeneration of the SE1 area – has announced a "compact" scheme of 14 one and two bedroom apartments, with prices starting from approximately £270,000.

The site is on the northern side of Westminster Bridge Road, between Lower Marsh and Baylis Road and was formerly occupied by the Rajdoot Indian restaurant.
