Tube passengers are facing the threat of a strike following the sacking of a union activist accused of intimidation on a picket line at Elephant & Castle station in the summer.
The RMT union condemned the dismissal of Brian Munro over allegations of intimidation.
The union is expected to put in place plans for a strike ballot among Tube workers in protest at the sacking.
Mr Munro was sacked for “gross misconduct†after allegedly stopping people crossing a picket line at Elephant & Castle during a pay strike in June. He has seven days to appeal.
