World-famous Gaunt Street club Ministry of Sound has been granted a 24-hour alcohol licence by Southwark Council.
Opening and closing times will remain unchanged, but the club – currently licenced until 2am – will be able to sell alcohol around the clock from 25 November.
"We always aim to provide our customers with the best and getting the 24-hour licence was essential," said Phil Sales, head of promotions at the Elephant and Castle club. "This way, we can offer clubbers even more for their money."
The club plans to celebrate the new licence with an 11pm to 11am party on 26 November.
