They will be joined by runners-up from Archbishop Michael Ramsey Technology College at the London-wide competition which will be held in Bexley on 29 March.
The Southwark heat was organised by the council's trading standards team and involved pupils answering questions on a range of consumer issues from food and health to money and finance.
Dave Read from Southwark Council's trading standards team said: "It was a really lively and informative quiz which covered many essential lifeskills. Congratulations to the winners, and good luck to all those who will represent Southwark at the London finals later this month."
