Southwark Police say that they are growing increasingly concerned for the wellbeing of a 70-year-old man missing from his home in Grange Walk.

Mudasiru Balogun is a 70 year old Nigerian man. He has short grey hair, brown eyes and is of medium build. He has a protruding stomach.

He suffers from senile dementia and is diabetic. He is believed to be wearing a light blue knee length Nigeria dress, light blue trousers and black slippers.

Offices say that they are concerned for his general health and wellbeing. He walks with a shuffle and a stoop. He was last seen at 2.30pm on Tuesday 26 September.

Mr Balogun lives in Grange Walk SE1 which is a community residence where residents support each other.

Anyone with information should call Walworth Police Station on 020 7232 6246.

Update Thursday 28 September: Mr Balogun has now been found safe and well.
