Riverside residents may complain about untalented buskers making their lives a misery, but on Wednesday there was an all-star line-up at Butler's Wharf.
Supergrass, Athlete and Carl Barat were joined by Happy Mondays dancer Bez on the riverside walkway outside the Design Museum to promote homelessness charity Crisis's Pudstock concert in the New Year.
Crisis has launched its own-brand Christmas pudding, 100 of which contain 'lucky sixpences' – and those fortunate enough to find one could win a range of prizes including tickets to Pudstock; an intimate, 'money can't buy' acoustic gig with Supergrass, Graham Coxon, Ed Harcourt and Pearl Lowe.
Each pudding sold will buy a Christmas dinner with 'all the trimmings' at this year's Crisis Open Christmas.
The Crisis Puds can be purchased online at www.crisispud.com
Crisis will hold its annual carol service at Southwark Cathedral on Saturday 9 December.
