Free boat service during Tube strike on Thursday
Transport for London is providing a free peak-hour river service Between Westminster and Tower Piers, calling at Embankment, Waterloo and Blackfriars Piers during Thursday's industrial action on the London Underground.
The circular service will operate 6-10am and 4.30-8pm – a full timetable is available from TfL's special Tube Strike website.
The site also has downloadable maps showing bus connections from major main-line stations, including Waterloo and London Bridge.
