Simon Callow to star at the Southwark Playhouse

The actor and director will star in Franz Xaver Kroetz's play Through the Leaves from 9 January to 1 February, in a production directed by Daniel Krumer.

Simon Callow says: "The idea of working at Southwark Playhouse, the sort of space in which much of my earliest and most challenging work was done, is irresistible to me, as is the chance of working again with Ann Mitchell, an old friend and one of the most powerful and fearless actresses in Britain.
