Dozens of clay models were assembled between the Millennium Bridge and Tate Modern on Sunday afternoon to pay tribute to artist and broadcaster Tony Hart.
Flashmobbers carrying their carefully crafted models in shoeboxes converged on the space at the southern foot of the Milllennium Bridge where the dozens of Morphs were arranged in a Terracotta Army-style formation.
Hart's daughter Carolyn was present to judge a competition to find the best model.
Tony Hart died in January at the age of 83.
In June 2008 he visited Southwark's Cathedral School to open the new Art House gallery space.
