Better Bankside Business Club's summer party attracted over 90 people from Bankside businesses at the start of Local shop Week.
This year's gathering was on board the Golden Hinde in St Mary Overy Dock.
Partying on a Tudor ship in dry dock was in keeping with the custom of Better Bankside finding an unusual local venue for the annual event.
Previous summer gatherings have been on the Blue Fin Building terrace to enjoy panoramic views and in Southwark Cathedral's courtyard.
Raffle prizes won this year by members included breakfast for two at Roast, seats at The Rose Theatre, lunch at the Novetel's Clinks Bar and one night at Southwark Premier Inn.
Winners came from Globe Business Publishing, Jonathan Bailey Architects, May Consulting, publishers FL Memo and DDS.
Club chair Sue Hall welcomed guests and spoke about Better Bankside's current initiatives including the Buzz Local Shop Week which runs to the end of the month.
The Buzz Card saves money on local shopping and business with discounts and two for one deals at restaurants including Wagamama and Roast. During Shop Week there are even more savings and offers.
Bankside workers and residents can sign up for a Buzz Card online or at Canvey Street at Bankside Mix during lunchtime on Wednesday 29 July.
