Harry Potter filming in Borough Market

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban is the long awaited film and, weather permitting, there is due to be a full day's filming on Sunday. Already a Third Hand Book Emporium has been created in Stoney Street. The nearby Wheatsheaf pub – with its modern external lighting removed – is also on standby to feature in some shots.

This third film in JK Rowling's series based on her books sees the teenage wizard come face to face with an escapee from a wizards' prison.

The filming is just a few yards from Bedale Street where Bridget Jones' Diary was filmed.
