Surreal Experience at Dali Universe

After a surreal flooding incident in County Hall two weeks ago causing thousands of pounds worth of damage, Dali Universe, the exhibit of Spanish artist Salvador Dali, is back in the business of surprising and intriguing viewers.

This huge exhibit of 500 works of art, including sculpture, graphics, jewellery, glass objects, etchings, furniture and watercolours is a dramatic look into the abstract mind of this Spanish surrealist. The exhibition is divided into three sections to distinguish three themes of 'Sensuality and Femininity', 'Religion and Mythology' and 'Dreams and Fantasy'.

Dali's signature melting watch is apparent throughout, the spooky oil painting for Alfred Hitchcock's 'Spellbound' is included, and one can not miss the sumptuous sofa dedicated to portraying Mae West's lips.

The oozing and dreamlike collection of Dali's influential lifetime are definitely worth seeing to understand this fascinating man's vision.
