Police are investigating an incident which left a 27-year-old man with gunshot wounds outside the Whitesmiths Arms in Crosby Row.
Police were called at 10.30pm on Saturday night to reports of a shooting outside The Whitesmiths Arms.
Officers say that they found a 27-year-old man suffering gunshot wounds.
He was taken to a south London hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
Officers from Operation Trident are investigating the incident.
Crosby Row, to the south of Guy's Hospital, runs between Snowsfields and Long Lane.
