The River Walk Challenge on Sunday 7 September is a sponsored walk to raise funds for homeless women in London organised by Central and Cecil which has a women only hostel in Waterloo.
The walk takes place along the river between St Paul's Cathedral and Hampton Court. Covering a distance of 24.5 miles. Participants will pass many of London's interesting landmarks, pubs and parks. You can start at either point and shorter (8 mile) walks are also available. This is a great day out in aid of a good cause. There is also a top prize for the person who raises the most sponsorship money. For further information please call Chris Robinson on 0800 587 8815 or email him at [email protected]
