Former England captain Amanda Newton coaches Waterloo Netball club
Former England netball captain Amanda Newton visited Waterloo Netball club on Saturday for a special coaching session at Geraldine Mary Harmsworth sports facility.
Waterloo Netball was founded last year by local resident Melanie Tighe and now has 40 members aged between 7 and 15 years.
The club is managing the Team Southwark Netball team for the London Youth Games this year – the competition is on Saturday 6 July 2013 at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre.
