Southwark Crown Court at London Bridge will not reopen till next Tuesday after a flood from a burst pipe caused "severe water damage" on Wednesday morning.
"Southwark Crown Court is closed for business until Tuesday 12 November due to severe water damage following internal flooding," says an announcement on the HM Courts and Tribunals Service website.
The building was evacuated on Wednesday lunchtime.
Some of the court's business has been transferred to Inner London Crown Court in Newington Causeway.
