A man who was injured in a collision on the southern approach of Tower Bridge on Tuesday afternoon has died in hospital.
Police were called to Tower Bridge Road on Tuesday afternoon to reports of a collision between a pedestrian and a motorcycle.
The pedestrian – a man in his early 30s – was taken to an east London hospital by the air ambulance.
He died in hospital on Wednesday afternoon. The man's next of kin have been informed.
The motorcyclist stopped at the scene and police are continuing to investigate the incident. No-one has been arrested.
