Three door supervisors have been charged with gross negligence manslaughter in connection with the death of Adam Hird outside an Albert Embankment nightclub.
30-year-old Adam Hird from Epping died following an incident outside the No 65 bar on Albert Embankment in the early hours of Sunday 15 June 2014.
The three men charged are 22-year-old Lewis Thorne of Ramsgate, Mark Pantalleresco, 51, of Tadworth, and Sebastiano Ragusa, aged 30, of Walthamstow.
All three have been released on bail to appear at Croydon Magistrates' Court on Tuesday 9 June.
