One of a pair of former council homes which hit the headlines in 2013 when they were sold at auction by Southwark Council for £2.96 million is now back on the market at £3.35 million.
The four-bedroom house dates from 1830 and was part of the adjacent Anchor Brewery complex.
The building was occupied by squatters in October 2013 when Southwark Council sold the pair of houses for a total of £2.96 million.
A refurbishment by architects Camu & Morrison has essentially doubled the value of the houses, with one of the homes now back on the market with an asking price of £3.35 million.
