Vulnerable man missing from Old Kent Road - police appeal
Southwark Police are appealing for help to locate a vulnerable missing man.
22-year-old Kieran Duggan is missing from his home on the Old Kent Road SE1
Kieran is a white man with mousey brown hair and stubble. He has three distinctive star tattoos on the left hand side of his neck.
He has links to the Southwark, Tower Hamlets, Camden, Soho and Holborn areas.
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101.
