Man charged with murder of PC Gordon Semple
A Southwark man has been charged with the murder of PC Gordon Semple.
Gordon Semple's dismembered body was found in a flat on the Peabody Estate on Thursday this week
49-year-old Stefano Brizzi of the Peabody Southwark Street Estate has been charged with murder after the discovery of human remains at his home on Thursday 7 April.
He will appear at Bromley Magistrates' Court by video link on Monday.
PC Gordon Semple disappeared whilst on duty on Friday 1 April.
