Bankside's local police officer has appealed for information after his bicycle was stolen from Blackfriars Road on Tuesday morning.
PC Pete Osborne's bicycle was locked up outside Friars Bridge Court in Blackfriars Road when it was stolen at about 10.30am on Tuesday morning.

PC Osborne, who is the dedicated ward officer for the new Borough & Bankside ward, was visiting Blackfriars Road to investigate a burglary in which another bicycle had been stolen.
PC Osborne regularly patrols the ward by bike and posts the tracking showing how many miles he has covered.

233 bicycle thefts were reported in the former Cathedrals ward in the 12 months to April 2018. The peak month was August 2017 when 45 bikes were reported stolen.
Anyone who has seen his bike should contact the police on 101 quoting CAD reference 2590.
