Southwark Heritage Association welcomes American students

They requested a meeting with "SE1 teens" having read about the area on the London SE1 website whilst at home last January.

The party, with the help of the Southwark Heritage Association, has just completed a week in SE1. Their programme included being received by the Mayor of Southwark at the Town Hall where they were officially announced by the Town Crier Peter Moore.
They also had a debate with fellow school teenagers at Aylwin Girls' School in Southwark Park Road. The last day was spent at Rotherhithe learning about Southwark's American links.
