The British Transport Police have released an image of a man they are keen to trace following a report of racial abuse at Waterloo Underground Station.

The incident happened on the eastbound Jubilee line platform at 2.35pm on Thursday 20 December.

A man is reported to have shouted racial abuse. When he was challenged by the victim he racially abused her.

Officers believe the man shown in this CCTV image may have information which could help their investigation.

Anyone who recognises the man, or who has more information about the incident, is asked to contact BTP by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference number 1800093392.
