Detectives investigating the death of McCaulay Junior Urugbezi-Edwards - who was fatally stabbed near the Elephant & Castle in May - have charged a teenager with his murder.
Police confirmed on Wednesday evening that a 17-year-old boy was charged with murder at Lewisham police station.
He has been remanded in custody, to appear at Bromley Magistrates Court on Thursday 11 July.
18-year-old Urugbezi-Edwards was found by police suffering from stab wounds in Tiverton Street, on the edge of the Rockingham Estate, on the evening of Sunday 5 May.
He died in hospital that evening.
