How many hours: 1 hour and 30 mins

Preferred Commitment: 1 year (Term Time Only) (Please note that for safeguarding reasons, it is a Girlguiding UK policy to DBS check any volunteer.)

Where: 3 minutes from Southwark Tube Station

Purpose of this Role: To help girls aged 7 to 10 years old build confidence, learn new skills and make friends.

Main Activities/Tasks: To deliver Girlguiding UK's female led programme. Each week we run games, crafts and other activities.

What you will gain from this role: Leadership and teamwork skills. The opportunity to work toward a Girlguiding leadership qualification. Confidence. The opportunity to make a difference to girls in the local area from all backgrounds.

We meet Thursdays at 6:30pm and are a very social leadership team.

No prior Girlguiding experience is required, but we would need to DBS check any volunteers.
