Free guided walk from Waterloo to London Bridge exploring the South Bank and Bankside.

2000 years of history, from the mudbanks of the Thames to modernity, from bawdy houses to bear-baiting pits, from an ancient cathedral to a cathedral of modern art.

As you stroll along one of the most historic and beautiful parts of the Thames shoreline, you will also see eight important bridges, two world-famous theatres, an infamous prison, a palace, and a buzzing open-air market. All human life is here!

Part of Walk London's Autumn Ambles weekend.
