GKT Music Society is the collective name for Guy's, King's and St Thomas' medical school's orchestra and choir.
The society has a long history and it and was once briefly directed by Ralph Vaughan Williams.
This year's Christmas concert is directed by Clare Clements and features Rhianwen Pugh on the harp.
The concert will include music by Britten, Vivaldi and Rimsky-Korsakov as well as many traditional carols with audience participation.
