To mark the launch of the new weekly Saturday market in Lower Marsh, the worldwide touring pop-up restaurant Chateau Marmot is coming to Waterloo for three days only.
The tasting menu dinners and brunches are by reservation only but the Chateau will be open all day for people visiting the market and wanting to drop in and sample the cheeses, charcuterie or drinks list.
The exact location (a 'reclaimed space') will be revealed in the days running up to the event.

- 5-course dinner £44; 4-course brunch £24 (drinks & extras payable on day)
