Bankside Summer Festival

Now in its second year, the Bankside Summer Festival will be held on Park Street like last year and will include Bank End near The Anchor Bankside Pub.

The festival will include delicious food and drink from local businesses, music, dance, art and theatre.

Many local businesses and organisations have agreed to support the event.

The Bankside Summer Festival is being held to celebrate the things which make Bankside unique - the diverse residents and workers, the community organisations, the businesses, the cultural institutions and the rich history and heritage.

Due to the attack on London Bridge and Borough Market this year's Bankside Summer Festival will have a greater significance in uniting and strengthening community spirit especially for those living in the immediate area of the attack (Stoney Street, Clink Street, Park Street, Redcross Way and Montague Close).
