The Great Get Together Bankside Street Party

For the second year running, Union Street and Redcross Way will be filled with people, stalls and activity for The Great Get Together Bankside, part of the nationwide initiative inspired by the late Jo Cox MP.

Bankside Open Spaces Trust is coordinating the event with the support of many local organisations and businesses.

There will be stalls, music, food and drink, comedy, arts activities and fun for all ages.

Ways you can get involved:

• Book for the Feast on the Street meal in Redcross Way
• Make a cake for the Bake-Off
• Enter the Headdress Parade
• Volunteer as a steward
• Enter your dog in the Bark-Off
• Join the wacky races
