Oyster & Seafood Fair

The annual Hay's Galleria Oyster & Seafood Fair is London's festival of fish.

Arrive with an appetite and feast on fresh fish supplied by some of the country's finest fishmongers and cooked in front of you by a team of chefs. Oysters and seafood will be in abundance and whether you're in the mood for lobster, langoustines, crayfish or crab, you'll find a glass of champagne or even a pint of Guinness to complement them perfectly.

The fair also offers the opportunity to learn how to prepare the ultimate fish dish at home, with demonstrations by experts from the National Federation of Fishmongers and The Seafish Industry Authority.
