American museum buys Potters Fields dish

A delft 'marriage dish' made at Southwark's Pickleherring pottery in 1650 has been sold to the Milwaukee Art Museum.

New vision for Bricklayers Arms goes on show

A conceptual image of the Bricklayers Arms intersection with the flyover replaced by a new park and housing has gone on display in Bloomsbury.

Artists shortlisted for Mary Seacole memorial at St Thomas' Hospital

Eight artists will submit proposals for a memorial to the Crimean war nurse and 19th century heroine Mary Seacole to be erected in front of St Thomas' Hospital.
