How views of the Square Mile from SE1 will change by 2026
The City of London Corporation has released a series of images showing how the Square Mile's skyline will develop between now and 2026 - including views from Waterloo Bridge, the South Bank and City Hall.
Elephant Arcade: plans for new shops at Perronet House garages
11 new shops and a cafe could be created at the Elephant & Castle junction if proposals to convert garage space below Perronet House get the go-ahead.
Lower Marsh: go-ahead for plans to redevelop old Waterloo Library
Lambeth Council's plans to replace the former Waterloo Library in Lower Marsh with a five-storey office building have been approved by the borough's planning applications committee.
