Elephant & Castle Shopping Centre scheme knocked back by planning committee

Southwark Council's planning committee is poised to reject the massive redevelopment scheme for the Elephant & Castle Shopping Centre and London College of Communication after a late-night hearing lasting nearly eight hours.
