Thames Path at Bankside flooded during exceptionally high tide
Families out for a half-term stroll by the river at Bankside got a surprise on Friday and Saturday when an exceptionally high tide sent water lapping onto the Thames Path.
The Environment Agency issued a flood alert for the high tides on Friday and Saturday.
The alert was withdrawn on Sunday morning.
