A teenage boy was taken to hospital with multiple stab wounds on Tuesday night after an incident at Elephant & Castle.
A Scotland Yard spokeswoman told the SE1 website that police were called to St Mary's Churchyard in Newington Butts just after 10.30pm where they found a boy, believed to be in his late teens, with multiple stab wounds.
He was taken by ambulance to a south London hospital. His condition is not yet known.
St Mary's Churchyard was cordoned off by police who are continuing to investigate the incident. No-one has yet been arrested.
The park is just a few yards away from the Newington Estate where 15-year-old Mohamed Dura-Ray was killed just over a month ago.
