Nick Clegg visits Elephant & Castle with Simon Hughes
Liberal Democrat leader and deputy prime minister Nick Clegg brought his election battle bus to Elephant & Castle on Tuesday.
Together with Bermondsey & Old Southwark parliamentary candidate Simon Hughes, he visited St Mary's Churchyard to see the construction site for Lend Lease's One The Elephant skyscraper which has no affordable housing component.
Penthouses at the top of the new tower start at £2.5 million.
