Great, but smoky
This Shepherd Neame pub has a fantastic range of bottled beers, although I was disappointed to see them remove Chimay and Duval with the change of landlord. The range of draft beers can be disappointing (I'm not keen on Shepherd Neame's draft beers, and guest beers are rare). It has reverted back to closing at weekends; tends to be busy during the week. Nice decor - modern, but still a pub rather than a bar. Very smoky - looking forward to the change of law this summer. Look out for the dreadful painting in the corner of a bald chap who looks rather like a Klingon.
