was good but gone down hill last couple of years

I've become a bit of a fan of this place and didn't realise they hadn't got reviews on the forum. It's pretty basic and dated decor which is part of the charm. Prices are very reasonable and we've always had good food (and very good service). There are rarely more than a handful of occupied tables which seems a pity.
Wouldn't recommend it as a venue to impress a new date but great for unpretentious and very tasty food.
