Reviews of All Bar One

We tried food at the riverside All Bar One for the first time - but not again. We ordered an advertised deal of two courses for £10 but when the bill came, each course was listed as a separate item for the full price, with a (mysterious)sum discounted. The end result was nearly £12 and when we queried it, we were told it was done automatically. The waiter had to ask the manager for permission to refund us the difference. They said all their deals operated like this - so if you do order on this basis, check your bill carefully!

It's a shame that the much of Shad Thames is filled with chains, Zizzi, Ask, Piza Express, Browns and All Bar One . Nothing special here, apart from the riverside view, which is great, with outside decking. It's packed in summer. Food is mediocre - great if you like everything deep fried. I'd avoid and support an independent, if I were you.
