Reviews of Burger King

I stopped off at Burger King Waterloo Stn. today for my lunch. To start off, you are confronted by a section of useless touchscreen panels, and a huge queue to order with someone behind the counter. To use the machines you have to practically slap the thing you have chosen. As someone who is picky about what is in their burger, it felt like trying to find a lost coin in the Amazon Rainforest when modifying your food. When you come to view your order, you will probably have multiple of the same item, as you are constantly touching the same choice because it doesn't pick up your finger. Then you are given a receipt with a number. When your food is eventually ready for collection, you will probably find you will have to tell the staff they have forgotten something. When you have finally collected your order and walked up the stairs to the eating area, you are greeted by tables covered in spilt drinks, old trays, burger wrappers, old straws and sauces smeared across them. This is unhygienic on a different level. And to top it all off, on my way out there was a rude member of staff who wanted to get to the bin; instead of just politley asking for me to mind out of the way, she decided to push past me.

This is the worst experience I have ever had in a fast food, or indeed any resturant.
I will not be returning to this branch of Burger King again.

today I visited burger King at Waterloo station. I had a voucher for a free whopper if I purchased regular fries and regular drink. The counter assistant was unsure how to process the voucher. The fries were luke warm. The sandwich had too much mayo resulting in the whole thing being a soggy mess before i had got half way through eating it. I ordered a regular Spite and was on the train before i discovered I had been given coke. Not what I expect from Burger King and will think twice before i go there again.
