Quirky with some real pluses
The Archduke's bar has been hidden within the railway vaults at Waterloo for over 20 years. It hasn't changed much but that's not a bad thing. The wine is fine, there's live jazz some nights and they continue to serve THE best chips in town. The other food on offer at the bar hasn't impressed us, but it's a very good South Bank spot for a drink and snack.
