Under-pouring endemic
If you're going for a drink here than stick to beer and wine as they really rip you off with spirits. I stopped drinking whiskeys and gin & tonics after noticing that I was being consistently miss poured. I have some experience within the bar industry so I've been watching the many staff come and go over the last year and it's consistent behaviour across all staff so one has to assume they've been trained to do that way. If you order a spirit then you're lucky to get between more than half or 3/4 of the measure. I've also noticed that the heads on their bears are consistently larger and that wine measures are never quite up to the line. I think that was the last straw for me and I won't be going back to what was my work local. Shame.
WOW - What fantastic food....
I work locally and have tried lots of places including the sandwich shops and to be honest the food in Dr.Inks is amazing. Not only is it very well priced but its all freshly made, they make classic dishes and desert is amazing. They have a chefs special menu that changes weekly and its all worth trying. I've eaten at top restaurants and Dr.Inks food could be served in these establishments. Go and try it, you will not be disappointed.
