rude waiter
I went for lunch on Sun 4th Sep with 2 friends. When we called the waiter for our order we were completely ignored.
Through the meal we ask for an extra pepper napkins to the same waiter who asked me if I wanted to open a napkin shop, his manner was very condescending ,I asked him if there was any problem ,he ask me with rude, arrogant and scornful tone if I was a stand-up comedian,All this is unacceptable,I was so upset that after my main course which I couldn't enjoy I didn't have anything else.
I'll never go back ,there are too many good restaurants in London where they know how to treat their customers.
difficult to go wrong
Have been here a few times, on the excellent value meal-and-theatre-ticket deal.

Restaurant space is comfy and well laid out. Service is friendly, and you're never left rushing to finish your meal before curtain up. Food is generally simple, with two or three choices for each course, but has always been well-cooked and often themed with the play you're going to see (not as bad as it sounds. In fact, not bad at all).

The theatre tends to have interesting and varied productions, and it's a great space with a comfy and enormous bar for interval and pre/post theatre drinks.
